I will be whipping up some of this lovely sauce immediately - it's winter in South Australia and this should make my apples and pears a little less boring. You guys have a really fresh, original take on the whole raw food thing, your recipes are unique and creative, and your website is beautifully designed. Can't wait to see what else you come up with.
