		<description>I made this for dinner last night, and it was so good! The glaze is AWESOME. 

I used more OJ and subbed almonds for the cashews. I also used almonds and sunflower seeds instead of cashews and walnuts, and sprouts instead of spinach in the filling (just what I had on hand). 

Mmmm, great flavor combinations! The only thing I&#039;ll change next time is more cumin and coriander (but I like LOTS of spice in my food) and to make extra glaze, because it was just so good. 

I&#039;ll probably be making this weekly now! Thank you!</description>
