I love home made sauerkraut, we always have a crock going or a fridge full of different kinds at our house!
Rishi and Ro,
My name is Kirstin and I live in Santee with my boyfriend. We eat a primarily raw food diet and have a circle of friends that are interested in optimum health and happiness. I'd love to meet you guys, as I think we might have a thing or two in common! I see you on Gone Raw all the time, and visit your site periodically. We also hike, rock climb (here in Mission Trails), mountain bike. I am a mosaic artist and Ryan is a bicycle mechanic at the moment. I'd love to invite you to our next raw food get together, if you'd like to come! My email is kgmosaics at gmail...
I hope to hear from you!
