Roshi/Rishi, I just discovered this site, when are you going to update??? :) I have been a vegan for 5 years and have just made my first attempt at a raw meal--pasta sauce on zucchini noodles, a newbie classic I bet!

Hi guys, thanx so very much for your recipes and all the information you provide. I'm German, but have a great affinity to India and hence love indian food. When I decided to change my eating habbits to vegetarian raw, I thought I had to give up indian food as well and I wasn't sure if I would make it without. Getting to know about your page has introduced me to a whole new area of foods and I'm very happy I came across your page. Such wonderful stuff!!

I do have my problems trying to find some of the ingredients I'm not really familiar with yet, but I'm sure in the future it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Also, I'm travelling to Arizona in Dec, hoping to find a good store where I can buy some good stuff to take back to Germany :-))))

Too bad the goneraw.com site is currently experiencing trouble ... :-((
You guys take good care of yourself and have a great and wonderful day!!! Again thanx so very much for your time and effort to have and maintain this blog for all of us raw-newbies and non-newbies :-))))))
Greetings from Germany!

Hey, guys, this is amazing. What a great idea! This is a lot of valuable information. Anything I can do to help you succeed, let me know. I will try and get Neesha and Jim to review and comment as well.

The only comment I have so far is that...as a working mom...always rushed, I need things to be quick and simple. Once you have your products in the supermarket, that will be easier rather than trying to follow a recipe with ingredients I've never used before...such as soy lechitin (?), was it? You may want to explain, where exactly to find some of the obscure ingredients, to a lay person, who is not so healthy, like myself.
Also, one Q: If you're not using any preservatives, what will be the shelf life, once you do get your products into the supermarket?
