		<description>Awesome thanks for posting this Saag is my absolute favorite, before comeing vegan I could eat saag at every meal but I am sure that alot of Indian rest. use ghee in theirs so when I became a vegan I have very much missed this.  Now that I am eating high raw foods I have been looking for a saag recipe and I am glad I found your site.</description>

		<description>I have had sprouted chickpeas before, and yea I found them a bit chalky.  I have a feeling, though, that if you let them marinate for a bit in a sauce (like the chana masala one),  they&#039;ll taste much better.

My favorite thing to do with sprouts is to make a sprouted black-eyed peas salad.  Just sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, some cilantro or parsely, and some sliced tomatos.  Mix it together and let it marinate outside for a few hours.</description>
