Oh yeah, usually I'll add dates to it and make it into a crust for a pie, but I like the idea of making it the main attraction.

Have you tried making other desserts with almond pulp? It makes a really good base.

Thanks for the almond pulp idea. My freezer gets a little overwhelmed with homeless almond pulp sometimes!
