Glad you liked the recipes rahul. Rotti is something I've been thinking about for a while too, but I'm just not sure its possible with a dehydrator. I'll keep thinking though, i'm sure something will hit me sooner or later.

You are just brilliant… WOW… i recently became a raw food freak and ur site is such a blessing… initially it was kind off difficult for me with raw food… i tried this burfi, kofta.. wow… it is too good.. the only thing that I am missing now is a rotti.. I wish there is someway where we can make RAW rotti's or someother indian bread… Please post something on the same..
