Hi Roshi and Rohit

Wow! I am so glad to come across your website. So far, whatever I read is great. I have been debating within myself for long time of becoming raw foodist but did not know how to start. I love indian spice food (eastern background) but did not know how to incorporate into raw food. I read books and watched David wolfe's videos on youtube to get some idea. Some how it did not satisfy me. Thank you so much for offering ideas for free. I know you both care for humanity to not charge! vellyias

I am like you Rohit. I can't go more than a few days without Indian food and I'm not even Indian! I'm always cooking some type of curry or dhal or masala or poori or naan--I just can't give it up. I have Gujarati friends that cooked Indian food me three years ago. It was the first time I had ever tasted Indian food. My palate had never been so happy nor my belly so satisfied. A complete vegan meal- no dairy- it was an indescribable feeling. That's the main reason why I can't be a strict raw vegan. I'm vegan, but not to have nimki or channa dal or rajma masala or potato masala would mean I do not exist anymore...Indian food is such a major part of my life, and so fulfilling...thank you so much for this recipe.

Enjoyed checking out your About page today. My personal philosophy is closer to Rohit's, in terms of being open to as many foods as possible. Of course, that means being open to raw foods, too! I think that raw foods offer a wonderful supplement to a traditional diet, especially if you are not interested in being on a strict raw food diet. Good stuff and kudos for sharing your passion with others!

Hello; this is WONDERFUL! I love indian foods and felt so sad not finding any raw recipies that could meet the critera for raw and hindi. But thanks to the mercy of Lord Krishna, I can now make nice, lovely offerings and do what Krishna in Bhagavdgita says: '...offer Me a flower, some water' etc., by your creativity. Thank You so much....
